“It’s Imperative to be Open Minded while Being A Great Orator “
1) We should be able to accept different perspectives. We have to understand various dimensions and increase our Horizons.
2) There can be more collaborations. Having An Attitude of openness will create an atmosphere for collaborations. There can be more agreements because people will feel that their thoughts and ideas are been welcomed.
3)Ability to handle differences, challenges will be more refined. Close mindedness will only create a shallow space of thought; Take the route of empathy for better resolutions.
“Speaking well is an Art” only when we are fostering acceptance and understanding!
